Please read the following T&Cs that govern the use of any of the services purchased via www.artstrology.org, which you accept by accessing it. If you don't agree with anything mentioned in this section, please don't purchase my services. I reserve the right to update or change the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, that is why I recommend that you read this section every time you consider purchasing a reading, a consultation, signing up for a course or a webinar.

All my services may include suggestions for action, however you must use your own discernment in what suits your own life, as www.artstrology.org does not take responsibility for outcomes. All advice, recommendations and methods offered are based on professional knowledge, expertise and experience. Please note, that I'm not a financial or medical professional, therefore please do your own research and/or consult another professional, if you feel that is needed.

Privacy Policy

All of my services prioritise confidentiality, support and well-being of my clients. My sessions are 100% confidential, therefore your data is safe with me. Elements of your birth chart may become part of my research, however please note, it always remains anonymous. Ethical considerations: Charts brought to the readings are perceived as fully agreed upon by the chart’s owner - the responsibility and moral obligation is therefore with the client, not with www.artstrology.org. I export statistics from time to time to determine reach of audience and success of our services, therefore your "results" may become part of this data. All of this data remains anonymous and provides me with scope to advance my offerings. By providing feedback about any of my services, you agree that I can use these as testimonials on this website or any of my social media channels. Only first names are used and I never reveal personal information or narratives. Payment details are kept 100% confidential. Once you have made a purchase you will receive a confirmation email and further details about the service you have purchased. Again - Your data is not shared with anyone.

Cancellation Policy

Readings, Webinars or Courses
Please note, there is in depth preparation that takes place prior to all my offerings, therefore I am not able to offer cancellations. Please be sure to read all about my offerings and please don't hesitate to contact me, if you have any questions about the content, delivery etc., prior to making a purchase.

Zoom Consultations - live consultations are currently unavailable
Changing your appointment is possible, if 48 hours notice is given prior to your booked Zoom consultation time. Please note, there is an average 1-2 hour long preparation that takes place before every consultation, therefore refunds are not available. I’m happy to postpone the booked consultation time once - again, this needs 48 hours notice. Once the consultation is rebooked, I am not able to change this booking again. If the rebooked consultation booking is not kept, I'm unable to make further bookings and refund is not available. I’m happy to forward you a recording of your consultation within a week of your booking. You are welcome to keep this for your personal records, as it is not for public consumption.

Zoom preparations
Please have the Zoom app installed on your computer before the time of your consultation. For the best viewing experience, it is recommended that you use an IPad/tablet, laptop or desktop computer and not a smartphone. From experience, with a phone, it is difficult to see if something is shared on the screen.

Copyright

The visuals and audio are copyright protected and not to be shared to the public, as some of the approaches and methods used during the consultations are researched and developed by www.artstrology.org. Please note that the tailor-made action plans and advice provided via personal consultations, and they are intended to be only used by the individual. No two people are the same, therefore no two action plans are the same.

Chargeable webinars, workshops and courses are protected by copyright law. Copying audio and visual materials and their distribution are prohibited. When free downloadables, webinars or courses are being offered, instead of distributing the materials yourself, please direct anyone, who may be interested to this website.

Please note, that a protective ban is placed on any of the copyrighted materials. Partially or wholly misusing, copying or distributing copyrighted materials will seriously hinder your success with regards to the course / workshop topic. Do so at your own peril.

Refunds

I'm unable to offer any refunds on purchases, as all my readings include in-depth preparation. I'm also unable to offer any refunds, when the reading doesn't satisfy a desired outcome. If you need to integrate a reading, because something unexpected or deep was revealed, please do not hesitate to contact me for further guidance. There are no refunds available on webinars, workshops or courses. Please read all of the policies and advice on this website before making a purchase. Any issues with any of my services, please always contact me first.

Ethics

Ethical considerations: I do not do readings for third parties (i.e. you would like a chart reading for another person, who does not know that their chart is being read. Or would like to spy on your ex-wife's new husband and uncover things about their relationship etc...It’s like your doctor’s notes are given up for others to read. I'm here to help YOU and ultimately how you can deal with wanting a reading like that.:) Charts brought to the readings are taken as fully agreed upon by the chart’s owner – the responsibility and moral obligation is therefore with the client, not with me. If it doesn't feel right, I won't do it.
